hey you! my twitter followers may have known that i've been doing psychiatrist treatments! not that i've gone mad or so, but it's just me, trying to know myself better. trying to dig out what's stuck in my mind and what's making me grumpy.
now that i know my problems, know how to control my emotion, learn how to pour positive thoughts, i hope it'll get better soon.
you will never ever be able to get rid of your problems, not all at least. because that what's life all about, you'll find them on your way, but you can choose to run away from it, take another path or you can face it, step on it and move on. it's all your choice. i often run away too, but sometimes my soul begs me to fight. it's crystal clear that i'm a fighter.

Wow, that's a big step to deal with your problems and talked about it to the psychiatrist. I never have any gut to do that. Instead of talked it out, I ran into things that would hurting me physically. I know it's bad, but yeah.. I have no more idea. :(
